First I would like to say HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to mine and all others. I was inspired to start a blog for my own mom, who lives far away and doesn’t really know what goes on over here in Madrid. I wanted to share with her alllll the little, tiny, minute details of my life. Like flossing. Or that awesome lasagna I made from scratch last week (that’s mushroom, zucchini and spinach FYI).
My first post is about my day trip to Cordoba with my friend Steffany. Cordoba, apparently, has a very popular patio culture. This week they are celebrating all things patio. Steff and I went to check it out.
I have about 3 zillion pictures that I could post, but I just wanted to put a few up. We had lunch here, got in free here, and missed our bus here. Don’t worry Mom. Another bus driver was nice enough to take us to another gas station down the highway so our original driver could pick us up (lucky us – it was 4 in the morning after all!). So I’ll be calling you later to tell you alllll about it.

Hiiiiiiii!!!
The photos are very nice miss Kansas! Tengo prisa que me enseñes más. Yo no sé que hacer hoy, había previsto a rainy day y ir al Natural Hisory Museum pero hace un super sunny monday in New York City, so I think I will visit Spanish Harlem, Queens and Harlem si me da tiempo…
Gros bisous. Au revoir!

Cool Bruno! The Natural History Museum is really interesting if you get a chance to go… hoy tambien hace buen tiempo, aunque las previsiones de tiempo dijeron que iba a llover todo el finde. Me voy a hacer milionario! Apuntate!

I can’t read your friend’s comments….rats…please put all postings in English.I love this site! The best mom’s day gift ever! I had to come to work to read your note, my internet is still messed up! I went to have my boobs mashed this am, then going to check on getting internet fixed if possible. Yesterday, Karen and I went to the art & book sale at the River Festival. then went with dad and Dan to eat at Playa Azul. Yum! Losts of work still to do in the yard and it has just been too cool outside to do much…I want it hot! Gave Eli a bath and he is still clean after 2 whole days! Loved hearing from you! I called Mamaw, nothing new to report there, all is well. Love you lots, mom

Well hello Kelly girl. Wow I love your site. This will be so awesome getting to see pics and keep up with you. Since we can’t talk about “certain things” at this site you can ask your mom what I’ve been up to. Never a dull moment. I do think I’ve finally ran out of ideas to get off work. I hope I get to see you when you are here this summer. :-)
